The privilege of enjoying a full-bodied silhouette, callipygian morphologies, has been very popular over the past few years.
Seductive and firm, rounded buttocks reflect your healthy, active, and dynamic nature.
Buttock volume is increased by lipofilling or lipostructure (autografting the patient’s own fatty tissue).
Transferring adipose tissue consists of moving the fat from an area where it may be unsightly or undesired (“love handles”, “saddlebags”, thighs, stomach, etc.) to the desired area.
Extraction is performed by making tiny incisions, hidden in natural folds. The tissue is reinjected to fill cavities in the buttocks area and restore volume.
This technique is appropriate for improving the shape of moderately sized buttocks. However, it is not advised when the desired volume is very large, or for drooping buttocks, in which case a prosthesis would be the recommended solution.
